IMPORTANT NOTICE from the RSC Team:
Effective 31 December 2020, ADOBE ended support for Adobe Flash Player. The decision to end support for Flash Player was made by Adobe due to the diminished usage and availability of better, more secure options such as HTML5. Browser companies are now removing the Adobe Flash Player plug-in, thereby affecting our existing media player. As we work to update our media player, you may experience trouble launching a course or have questions concerning a particular course offering. Please use the link below to contact us. Thank you for your continued patience as we work to resolve this issue.
This Distance Learning course includes a series of four learning modules, as well as a final module consisting of a summary and test questions. This training is designed for individuals who will have either a direct role or a supporting role in planning and implementing Capacity Development on projects in foreign nations. This training will prepare USACE personnel to plan and implement Capacity Development on international projects in accordance with the process steps specified in Engineer Regulation (ER) 5-1-16 and Engineer Pamphlet (EP) 5-1-1.
Specifically, this training will provide detailed instructions on the USACE framework for Capacity Development and how to use the five-step planning and implementation process that was described in the overview training. This course will provide a more in-depth perspective about stakeholder roles and responsibilities and how stakeholders have to work as a team.
