This is a tuition-based PROSPECT course offered by the USACE Learning Center and temporarily hosted by the USACE Readiness Support Center. To take this course you must first register for it through the USACE Learning Center. Contact your Training Coordinator/Training Officer accordingly.  IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN REGISTERED FOR THIS COURSE, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE TEST, SURVEY OR CERTIFICATE.

After completing the course, you will go to the Army Learning Management System (ALMS) to take the test/assessment, end-of-course survey and receive your certificate. You can accomplish this ONLY if you have been registered for the course through the USACE Learning Center. You can also find PROSPECT registration in the Purple Book located on their website http://ulc.usace.army.mil.

The approximate time required to take this course is one hour.

Please note: This course material is in the process of being updated to reflect changes resulting from passage of recent Water Resources Development Acts. The existing material continues to provide a good overview, but there have been process changes. Specifically, there is no longer a Reconnaissance Study Phase and there is no longer a Civil Works Review Board milestone. Updates are anticipated to be completed by January 2020.
